Group training discounts require a minimum enrollment of five (5) students registered under a single group booking for American Heart Association (AHA) courses. Discount tiers, including savings of up to $20 per student, are determined at the sole discretion of Care Training Solutions LLC and may vary based on course selection, training modality, location, travel requirements, instructor staffing, equipment needs, and applicable AHA fees.
All students must independently meet AHA course participation, skills verification, testing, and completion standards. Group pricing does not guarantee course completion, certification issuance, or successful skills evaluation. AHA eCards are issued only after each participant meets all current AHA requirements.
Discounts do not apply retroactively, are not transferable, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers. Care Training Solutions LLC reserves the right to revise, limit, or withdraw group discounts at any time and to refuse discount eligibility if AHA compliance requirements are not met.
In accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) Program Administration Manual (PAM) requirements, all students must possess current, AHA-approved course materials corresponding to the specific AHA course being taken. Acceptable materials include official AHA printed manuals or authorized AHA digital products (eBooks or equivalent).
Each participant must have individual access to required materials. Group sharing, photocopies, screenshots, or unauthorized reproductions are strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with AHA materials requirements may result in removal from the course, withholding of skills testing, and/or non-issuance of an AHA completion eCard, without refund. Completion cards are issued only after all AHA requirements are satisfied.
Care Training Solutions LLC reserves the right to verify materials compliance at any time during the course.
Course registration fees do not include American Heart Association (AHA) student materials unless expressly stated in writing. Required materials—including but not limited to AHA manuals, eBooks, online coursework, or access codes—must be obtained separately by each participant or contracting organization.
Each student must have individual access to current AHA-approved materials. Shared, copied, or unauthorized materials are not permitted. Failure to comply may result in removal from the course and withholding of AHA certification, without refund.

Use of American Heart Association materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the Association.
